Increasing requirements for lathe processing and transformation products are not only smaller and smaller, but also deeper holes, and the requirements for hole size and shape accuracy and surface displacement are becoming higher and higher. In the past few years, I have encountered many small parts with such micro-holes. The shape of the component processing itself is very small, and f0.10 ~ 0.80 mm micro-holes have to be drilled on it.
The micropores in these parts are relatively typical, and the materials themselves are difficult to process, such as hard and sticky stainless steel, extremely hard superalloys and magnetic materials, hard and brittle amber, agate, etc. These micro-holes have been machined with lasers and electric sparks in these material parts, but due to the accuracy of the holes, surface productivity, efficiency and other reasons, it is difficult to meet the design requirements of the parts. This type of micro-holes is still a major problem in machining in China, and the use of ultra-high-drilling drills is the most effective way.
Micro-hole high-speed precision drilling and milling machine is one of the more complete series of drilling machines, which can complete the milling functions of various parts, such as changing to the corresponding micro milling cutter or diamond milling cutter, as well as micro-cutting and milling functions, such as Mill all kinds of graphics, grids, curves, patterns, lace, glyphs, and various decorative flowers, etc. In short, all graphics and flower patterns that can be drawn on a computer can be engraved and milled.

The lathe processing

1. In addition to drilling, it still has fine engraving and milling functions; the working table is 200mm × 200mm, which can expand the scope of processing workpieces;

2. The workbench is preliminary. The ball screw is used for the horizontal transmission, which is driven by advanced bearings and driven by Sanyo servo motor, which greatly improves the transmission accuracy and sensitivity of the drilling machine.

3. The professionally programmed program control system has a high degree of automation and ensures the high reliability of the drilling machine operation;

4. The drilling machine has a reasonable design structure, and its structure includes a main shaft, a motor, a gearbox, a table, a bed, etc., and a closed box, a pneumatic system, a program control system, a cooling system, a lighting system, and a monitoring window. The whole machine is designed as a closed three-box three-door vertical box. The main machine of the drilling machine is installed in the middle of the box. A program control system is installed on the upper right and front of the box, and a pneumatic system is installed on the left.

5. The manufacturing cost is high, but the machining efficiency and accuracy of the machine tool are greatly improved on average, and the performance value ratio is good.
